He cut his wife up, wrapped her in brown paper & put her in the chest freezer in the cellar. She came back to life & strangled him. Of course my ma had to have the same chest freezer in the kitchen. Gave me the willies every time I had to open it for YEARS 😄

I thought the stress of being hog napped again & taken to the vet might make him want to stay elsewhere for a night or two. But thankfully he's happy enough to stay in his little house 🥰. I put him in there just after dusk tonight so that he would have his little safe spot to hide out & decompress.

The people who tout themselves as "a Christian organisation" and their followers who screech "protect are children" at hotels, are awfully content to stir up the conflict which led to the murders of these little boys. They have no shame and give no fucks about women or children.

On 12 July 1998, Jason (aged nine), Mark (aged 10), and Richard Quinn (aged 11) were three brothers murdered by the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF) in a firebomb attack on their home in Ballymoney, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The sectarian attack was committed during widespread loyalist violence linked to the Drumcree stand-off, during "The Troubles". The boys were from a Catholic family and lived with their mother in a mainlyProtestant estate. Catholic families in the estate had recently been sent death threats. The murders led to widespread calls for the Orange Order to end their stand-off. Although the protests and violence dwindled following the murders, the Orangemen vowed to continue protesting.

TK MAXX win the prise for bloated packaging this week. All this for this diffuser, it sits about 18" deep. Meanwhile the reduced from £130 boots were thrown in the box without any protection 🙈. Boots don't fit & diffuser doesn't smell good so it all has to go back anyhow 💀

In this week's episode of 'I'm not your fucking Disney princess' I found this asshole in my side garden. Apparently waiting for me to taxi it to the hedgehog rehab lady who coincidentally rehabs birds. Those wee hog fuckers have put me in a wildlife newsletter or something. Shit's getting weird nai.

A feral pigeon huddles in my garden unable to fly away. It has some wounds from being attacked by another animal. If it doesn't die from shock in care it has a reasonable chance of recovery.

Baby hog pick & mix 😄 ❤️ They've all gained at least 100g in the few days they were in rehab. A couple of them aren't quite 700g yet but rescue are happy for me to feed them up to hibernation weight, with them being healthy (sans virus).

Hog number 7 taken to the vet yesterday. Slight herstle in lungs so maybe at the beginning of the virus. Treated with antibiotics & anti-parasite injections & thankfully able to be released last night. No rehab care needed for this 1,200g chap 1st 💪 🥰 #hedgehog #WildLife

My poor baby, the sedatives hit him hard 🥺. He's not quite sure where he is but he knows his people are here. Finally managed to coax him onto my knee where he face planted. Mr R is under instruction to sort the takeaway when it arrives so this poor baby can sleep.

Neves are in tatters waiting to hear how this sweet boys imaging tests went. I had a beautiful big cat die from bowel cancer years ago & I'm just hoping that's not what this is. It can be difficult to tell apart from IBD without a biopsy. Sick with worry this afternoon.

The antibiotics have give him some much needed relief & he has managed to eat today. He still has to get more tests to see why he's anemic. But for now he's happy & demanding we make up for the cuddles he wasn't well enough for yesterday ❤️ Love this good boi so much 💞

Baby needs some luck. Although his kidneys & liver are fine, his other bloods are complicated. Possibly more than one thing going on. It may be IBD with an ulcer or "something else". He's booked in for imaging & more blood tests later in the week. He's not feeling at all well today 🥺

#hedgehogs five & six. The baby was lifted at 6am & is in foster care after respiratory virus with bad lung infection confirmed. Adult hog lifted at 9.30pm for persistent sneeze & will go to the rescue vets in the morning to see if it's infected too.
