I'm skeptical of the "he's *dead* dead" theory but there has to be a reason they only gave us a single-frame proof of life photo during "recovery." I think the loss of consciousness from the heart attack affected him WAY worse than they're letting on, and he's incoherent or only semi-conscious now.
