While I do love a good bacon cheeseburger, I’m still waiting to find a place that makes them like I do at home. Just one simple step: chop up the bacon and put it under the cheese. Then I’m not trying to avoid pulling an entire slice out of my burger. It’s not too much to ask 🤷‍♂️

My daughter lives about 2.5 hours from the new house. She came up yesterday to stay with the dogs while I was signing the closing documents. She was able to stay overnight last night in the new place. She insisted I take a pic with the dogs in front of the new place when we got here.

The Sharp Tranket transistor radio (1960)

A radio that combines the design language of old American muscle cars and the spacerace. The top is forest green with tailfins, the bottom is ivory white, and the front is shining silver, on a silver stand. Up top we find a single antenna, a red power/volume dial, and you turn the 'intake" of the rocket to change the stations (the tuning display is immediately behind the engine, incoporated into the body).

Dr Oz, who condoned & worked for a company that did research with animals is now head of Medicare. He wants to "experiment" on Low Income Seniors & the Disabled by dismantling Medicare Part D prescription Drugs & Rural Hospitals! THIS HAS TO STOP! Medicare Advantage Plans are NOT an advantage!

Federal cuts in Medicaid affect rural areas even in Blue states for working class & the elderly to get basic needs such as teeth cleanings. There are no more medicaid dental hygienists in Southern Illinois. The dental school charges $120 for a cleaning.This is just cruel & will only get worse.
