It is easier to push a moving object than a still one.. Whatever your goal is.. Get moving, take some action, build momentum..

And all of productivity boils down to just 2 things - intention and reflection Every productivity book talks about this - Atomic Habits, Slow Productivity, GTD or anything else.. Fundamentally - all of them point to the same thing - Set intentions, do shit, then reflect! Repeat 🔃

But if you can't execute your essential business tasks efficiently (and for a long period of time) then you're not going to make it. So personal productivity is paramount!

Wrote a rant.. for all my unproductive founder friends 😅 Productivity is the first problem every founder needs to solve. You can find amazing ideas, write great code, use every new AI tool in the market. #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers

Long term plans invite long term members. But people have told me that they would like shorter plans to try out the community first, before committing long term. Which makes sense. So giving quarterly memberships a shot now. Lets see how it goes 🤞

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 03/02/2025

Introduced quarterly pricing for my community. Only had 6 month, annual and lifetime passes before this. I never liked short term members. Folks who just come in, make a ton of noise, do a lot of self promo, and leave without adding much value. #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers

Such a cool vibe in our monthly mastermind call last night.. And founders from such diverse backgrounds 🤩 - People who are doing $0 to people who are doing $150K+ - Someone doing pure b2b enterprise SaaS, to someone doing an influencer business #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers

Celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, play some games, and have a good time overall. Our little group grew to almost 30 people this time during our last meetup

So back in December 2023, I started hosting these 2-3 day meetups for my founder friends across India. We meet every 6 months, share what we've learned in our businesses, what's working, what's not working.

Its lonely being an entrepreneur. Your problems, your challenges, your journey are so different from rest of society. Only fellow entrepreneurs can truly understand what you're going through. #IndieHackers #BuildInPublic youtu.be/xM_TgR9NEuo

Understand user intent Figure out the demand for information Become the human curated supply of that information Do the thing that AI can't go - bring taste to the content.

030

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 27/01/2025

AI may help you generate hundreds of articles in minutes, but it will end up hurting your brand in the long term. Don't be penny wise, pound foolish The long term winning bet is to actually write useful content manually with AI assistance for research, editing, clean up etc.

120

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 27/01/2025

I'm not convinced with any of the AI SEO tools out there.. They produce substandard content which is useless to humans. Any real person reading an AI generated article will hate it and go away from your website. #Buildinpublic #indiehackers #seo #ai

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

try and add some electrolytes to your water..

010

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

no, not really.. in fact after 24 hours my mental agility improved significantly.. now after finishing the fast for 6 hours I still feel more alert and focused..

100

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

it has great health benefits.. fat loss, longevity, improved cognition.. benefits of fasting are well researched and documented..

010

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

yes perfect.. so you're already doing 14 hours.. increase it to 20 then 24 and then 36..

010

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

yes correct.. start with skipping 1 meal a day, then 2 meals a day.. gradually you can do 24 hours, and then reach 36 hours.. I may attempt 48 hours next.. but not sure if I should..

110

Ayush 🙏 @ayushchat.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

Just finished my 5th 36 hour fast in the last 6 months. Just water and black coffee over 36 hours - Dinner on Friday - Bfst on Sunday - No meals on Saturday The impact on my mind and body is amazing Feel energized and revitalized. Highly recommended! #BuildinPublic

But then I looked at the comments on their videos and all of them look fake. Either AI generated comments, or from fake accounts just to boost engagement. This is a scam.

A tech YouTube channel reached out asking for sponsorship. They review AI tools on their channel. They have 3M subscribers. Their average video gets - - 15K views - 500 Likes - 25 comments Maybe these are good numbers. #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers

Who is still blogging? Not the SEO kind, but the personal kind? Do you take time to write down personal reflections learning on a blog? I used to enjoy reading founder blogs back in the day, but hardly find anyone blogging these days.. #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers
