Introduced quarterly pricing for my community. Only had 6 month, annual and lifetime passes before this. I never liked short term members. Folks who just come in, make a ton of noise, do a lot of self promo, and leave without adding much value. #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers

I'm not convinced with any of the AI SEO tools out there.. They produce substandard content which is useless to humans. Any real person reading an AI generated article will hate it and go away from your website. #Buildinpublic #indiehackers #seo #ai

1 of my major goals for 2024 was to pivot my community(indiemasterminds.com) from one time payment to recurring subscription model. Recurring model means that members who are really invested in the community stick around. (contd.) #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers

Setting intentions instead of resolutions for 2025 "More X, Less Y" type framing instead of rigid goals which I may or may not be able to meet. Helps me incorporate the unquantifiable things in life - which are more important than the quantifiables Lets see how it goes 🤞 #BuildInPublic

I'm a big fan of books 🤩 A book is a great tool to learn in a few hours what someone else has taken years to master. I buy books compulsively, read chapters and sections that I like, and move on when I get bored. These are the books I read (and liked) this year - #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers

So it seems none of the current AI SEO tools can write a good, well researched listicle article. I've tried a couple and they just don't write listicles - they turn the listicle into a "how to" article. #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers
