the cover of Shadow of the Torturer which shows Severian walking away from a city of spires

some art by Eddie Jones that shows people getting out of a UFO and walking towards a massive gate, beyond which is a blood red moon

Today is my birthday! 🎉 as ritual I'll share my artworks here and I'd really appreciate shares to help me reach more people 💗 This year I have many things I'd like to achieve, I want to paint more book covers and illustrations, and maybe one day getting the chance to paint for Magic the Gathering 🫶🏻

"The great hunt". Illustration piece I did for Paul Scott Canavan's mentorship. It represents an haunt scene, the hunter is mounting a big white tiger with piercing white eyes -sign that she's blind- which is roaring as she's sprinting through the action. The hunter has heavy clothing on, inspired by the Mongolian and Slavic clothing. He has long black hair moved by the wind, and he's holding a sword in his hand, ready to defend his wood. The environment is a snowy wood, old trees and branches all around the scene, as the white snow covers them. The sun is setting, and the overall atmosphere looks pinkish, lightened by the lights of the time of the day. Pink, yellow and blue shading on the sky, as the clouds move, forming interesting shapes.

A dramatic digital fantasy illustration depicting a figure with long, flowing dark hair and prominent vampire fangs stepping down a flight of stone stairs. They are wearing a long, dark tattered coat, a buckled vest or corset, and dark trousers. Their arms are outstretched, channeling vibrant, swirling purple magic from their hands.

The character is positioned in front of a stone archway that opens up to a misty, pale green forest. In the shadowy foreground on either side of the stairs, monchs with glowing purple eyes appear to be reacting to the magic. The overall atmosphere is dark, gothic, and action-oriented.

Fantasy digital illustration of a monstrous woman in a dark blue gown standing in a snowy forest stream. She has long white hair, large white deer antlers, glow-in-the-dark eyes, and a wide, terrifying mouth full of sharp fangs. Black ravens perch on bare tree branches around her, while deer stand amidst the snow in the background.

Illustration of a young elf with short reddish hair and pointed ears kneeling in a misty forest, reaching desperately toward an ornate gold crown with blue gemstones that lies in a shallow stream just out of reach.

A river scene in the evening, there are lots of cute flowers in the foreground and mist in the distance partly obscuring a pine forest and an ornate castle. there are huge mountains in the distance and a line of starlike things going straight up into the sky. there's a sort of art nouveau-esque border around the whole thing.

A person wearing custodes-style armour from the warhammer universe, though silver rather than gold. The armour and pose is inspired by the dark souls character, artorias of the abyss.

1. Tactical Assault Chrysalis
A golden chrysalis of Yarerin manufacture. When the correct words are spoken with intention, the chrysalis spawns a number of magical insect-like sprites that will attack at the command of the speaker

2. Bluestone Cluster
A cluster of bluestone, can be used to empower almost any spell

3. Necklace (with secret compartments)
4. Golden Oracle Spores
A lichen-like lifeform that continuously grows upon a small stone. When ingested by an Oracle it has psychedelic effects that allows the oracle perceive various times and places they have connected with…

5. White-Gold Seal
The highest level of seal that is given out by the Yarerin. El-Ithaïa keeps hers wrapped in a peice of parchment that has a message written by Yare Ninetheth himself.

6. Her Father’s blade
Netherin make, truly ancient.

7. Her mother’s seer’s pipe
For various Oracle rituals, such as scrying and truthseeing

8. The Hand of Yare
Given to El-Ithaïa by Yare Ninetheth himself. The blade is made entirely of bluestone and will therefore never require sharpening. In battle occasionally will act as if it has a mind of its own in defense of its weilder

page 1 - a man walks through a desert amongst rocky mesas that feature blue striations. his face is sunburnt, he looks rather exhausted, like he's been in this desert for too long already. his fine clothes belie his lack of preparation for this desert.
