Rented a car over the past few days and had a thought; I should wear a helmet while driving in Seattle. Seattle drivers have always been bad. Ive been here since 2001 and I grew up driving in and around here for 19yrs but gave up my car when I moved to Brooklyn in 2021.

Jet lag from Japan ➡️ WA always takes about a wk for me. •Day 0, 3hr “nap” followed by 5hrs sleep •Day 1, slept 3hrs, had dentist appt at 8am 😭 •Day 2, slept 10hrs •Day 3, stayed up for 26hrs 🤪 •Day 4, slept 4hrs from 11am-3pm Got a wedding to shoot this wknd, 🤞 for my body to recover in time.

Here are the apts I saw in Iwate last week. Didn’t like any of them enough to sign a lease. Apt 1 (2LDK): narrow w/ curved stairs I don’t love. Nice otherwise. Pet doors! Most expensive one we saw.
