no matter how annoying John's 2am high phone calls are Dave still picks up #johndiesattheend #jdate

A doodle comic of John Cheese and David Wong from John Dies at the End, having a phone conversation.
In the first panel, John reclines on a large bean bag chair, flopped limply, his right hand holding a corded phone to his face. He wears a cropped t-shirt and athletic shorts. His environment is sunset colored, reds and purples and yellows. He says, "Dude, I am too damn high, I can't get outta this goddamn bean bag"
In the second panel, Dave is reaching into a bowl of popcorn, his environment the deep blues of night.
In the third panel, Dave is sprawled on his couch, slouching. He wears a white tank top and cargo shorts. The tank top is rolled up slightly from his posture, exposing part of his lower belly. He has a TV remote balanced on his belly. In his left hand he holds up a corded phone as well. He says, "haha What are you on?"
In the fourth panel we see Dave's face more closely, turning toward the phone headset in his hand. He says, "What drugs, I mean. I know you're on the b—"
John cuts him off with a speech bubble that bridges the gap between panels four and five, saying, "A bean bag." The text is larger than the rest to indicate he's speaking loudly. The fifth panel is a close up shot of John's face. He's grinning stupidly.

I like how we only attribute human emotions to animals when they're doing something nice ("Proud lioness playfully 'fights' with her adorable cub!") but not when they're just acting like animals ("Piece of shit psychopath lion EATS her OWN BABY! The true Hannibal Lecter of the jungle!")

I wonder if by book 5 (this November!! exciting!!) they will be able to joke about the whole multiverse thing or if it'll be too soon still #johndiesattheend #jdate

A doodle of David Wong and Amy Sullivan from John Dies at the End. David holds Amy by the face and says, "You are the most important person in the world." Amy replies, "David I am literally just one woman." David is staring at her lovingly and Amy looks mildly annoyed.

The continuation of the previous doodle: Dave has turned away from Amy and is now pointing at his best friend John Cheese, standing a few feet away. Dave says, "And YOU ain't SHIT." John replies, "Didn't seem to think so when you blew up a multiverse for me." He's flipping Dave off and sticking his tongue out. Dave looks annoyed. Amy, still standing next to Dave, is smiling like she's trying not to laugh.

Ice Ice Baby
Bébé
Worm Baby
Darling
Sweetie
Babbygirl
Sweetpea
Baby Boye
LIL BABEY
The names are organized in reverse chronological order. LIL BABEY was named in a fit of excitement. Ice Ice Baby is the only name I put any actual thought into.

Concept I wanted to work into Rings of Grass (archiveofourown.org/works/63174367) but could not figure out how to #cheesewong

The first page of a 4 page comic depicting John Cheese and David Wong from John Dies at the End. John is in a hospital bed, and Dave stands next to it.
In the first panel, John, not looking at Dave, says, "Why would you stay? You don't have any obligation to me."
In the second panel, he looks at Dave (looking at the viewer as well), and says, "Not like he did."
In the third panel Dave is silent, looking slightly surprised. In the fourth he looks down, pensive, and says, "I mean... I've got all his memories. He wouldn't know what to do without you."
The fifth and sixth panels are small, the fifth being just Dave's eye, and the sixth his hands together. His right hand twists the engagement ring worn on his left. Between the panels his speech finishes with, "Guess I don't, either."
The seventh panel is John still laying in bed, staring at Dave with a slight frown on his face.
In the eight panel, half of his face is seen as he smirks and snickers.

The second page of four.
In the first panel, Dave is staring down, looking baffled. John, off panel, is speaking to him: "You had the chance to reinvent yourself and you're still gay? Couldn't be me."
In the second panel, John is grinning up at him, a little meanly. Dave says, "Oh, fuck you."
In the third panel we see their hands—Dave's left, John's right. Dave's hand rests on the railing beside the bed. John's rests on the bedding itself. In the fourth panel he reaches for Dave's hand and says, "When Korrok made you..." In the fifth panel, he holds Dave's hand in both his own, his thumb resting on Dave's engagement ring. John finishes his sentence: "...Did he make this, too?"
The sixth and seventh panels are small and stacked on top of each other. One is of Dave's eye, shocked, and the second is a close up of the ring, showing the black band with a square cut emerald embedded in it. Dave says, "Uh— I don't—"
The eighth panel is a flashback, depicting the Human Dave's hand, wearing the engagement ring. Dave continues, "...No, he didn't."
Bridging the gap between the eighth and ninth panels, Dave continues, "I must have taken it, when he..." The ninth panel depicts him removing the ring from the corpse's hand.
The tenth panel depicts Dave looking back, nervously. Behind him in a black space is a doodle of Monster Dave, covered in blood, holding a pistol in one hand and the ring in the other. Dave mumbles, "When I...." He cannot make himself say what he did to Human Dave.

The third page of four.
In the first panel, John stares silently down, looking upset. In the second, only his eye is shown, angry now.
The third panel is black, with a speech bubble in its middle. John says, "Take it off."
In the fourth panel, Dave looks confused and begins to say "What?" but John interrupts him to say, "It's not yours."
In the fifth panel, John glares hatefully at Monster Dave. "Take it off."
The sixth through ninth panels are silent, and decrease in size.
In the sixth panel, Dave looks shocked. He is slightly too wide to fit in frame and the panel is centered on his face.
In the seventh panel, Dave looks down at his hand, an upset expression on his face as he realizes John is right—this ring isn't his, even if he loves John just as Human Dave did.
In the eighth panel, he takes it off, looking down. It seems like his eyes are closed, like he can't bring himself to watch the ring being removed.
In the ninth panel, we see only his hand, the ring pinched delicately between his fingers.

The final of four pages.
In the first panel, Dave's hand hovers, closed, over John's outstretched palm. The edges are vignetted with scribbled lines.
In the second panel, Dave opens his hand, letting the ring fall into John's. The vignette dissipates.
In the third panel, John holds the ring before himself, in dramatic foreshortening. His frowning face can be seen inside the ring.
In the fourth panel, the same framing, but he's put the ring down. Off-panel, Dave says, "...That's it, then?"
In the fifth panel, the speech bubble from the fourth leads to his mouth. He's looking away from John, tears in his eyes, and trembling as he tries not to cry.
The sixth, seventh, and eighth panels are stacked on top of each other, small. The sixth is John's eye, glaring at Dave. All its angles and lines are sharp, including his pupil.
The seventh is Dave's eye, tears starting to overflow.
The eighth panel is John's eye again, sad now. The edges have softened and his pupil has dilated.
In the ninth and final panel, John lays in the hospital bed, hand holding the ring over his heart. Dave stands beside the bed, wiping at his eyes. John says, "I'll give it back when—if—I trust you again."

a monochrome drawing in red hues of izuru kamukura sitting uncomfortably on the floor wearing only a hospital gown, leaning his body on a plain mattress. his hair is sprawled across the bed and the wires coming from his head emerge from it like they are a part of him. the room is mostly dark, the only light comes from the viewer, as if we are coming in through an open door. he stares at the viever.

First time I'm customizing some boots, gonna be adding more punk lyrics&logos but I had to start with my favorite Against Me! song tbh These are just for me (all my first times are, fuckups are inevitable and I won't sell those lol) but in future I'd love to do more

A photo of a pair of white boots on a very cluttered desk. The boots have a chain attached to them. The toe of the closest boot has the trans pride flag drawn on it, and in black lettering on its side it reads "What have you got to lose?" The further boot has a rainbow colored toe. Both have rainbow laces.

Another photo of the boots on the cluttered desk, this time with the other boot in the forefront. Its side reads "SHAPE-SHIFT WITH ME!" followed by the transgender symbol.

now that I have free time again I can draw them once more who else is amped as fuck for book 5 later this year ? #johndiesattheend #jdate

A drawing of the three main characters from the novel series John Dies at the End. From left to right: Amy Sullivan, a shorter woman with red hair, holding a spray bottle marked "HOLY SQUIRT ✝️", wearing a yellow tank top featuring a green dinosaur and the text "ALL MY FRIENDS ARE DEAD," a white skirt and black leggings. She's wearing Sperry shoes and her ankle tattoo is the Chinese script for the word "ankle." David Wong is next to her, a taller fat man with dyed blue-black hair holding an unloaded crossbow. He is wearing a black shirt that says "⚠️BITE RISK" and khaki colored cargo shorts. He is wearing dirty red Converse shoes that have duct tape holding them together. John Cheese is on the far right, with long bleach-blonde curly hair, holding both a rifle and a baseball bat. He is wearing a cropped white shirt that reads "BIG DICK IS BACK IN TOWN" and blue jeans as well as a dirty pair of checkered Vans. John's arms are heavily tattooed with a variety of mismatched designs including "NU RAGERTS" (No Regrets) on his forearm. He is smoking with a devious smile on his face. Dave is grimacing in annoyance, looking at John, and Amy is smiling cheerfully, looking to her right, presumably keeping an eye out for whatever she might need to spray with Holy Water.
