I run one shots from time to time. And there are a bunch of rules lite systems that can give you an idea of what it is like. Next time I run something, I will try to remember to reach out.

A friend in high school gave me the first book saying “I think you’ll really like this if you can stick with it through the first 150 pages.” It took me a couple tries to get through those pages. That was over 20yrs ago. I made it through all 15 books. And return to them often.
