When looking at municipalities across the state, you will occasionally find ones split into way too many school districts. Windsor township has a population of 7,200. No reason for it to be split across 8 school districts

#a2council here are the our residential parcels by year of construction. This is an overcount because Ann Arbor has vacant parcels marked as residential instead of residential vacant. Ann Arbor builds little housing, and if we didn't build condos, Ann Arbor wouldn't build any housing at all
