Seeing some of the artists I follow doing the Malfoy trend is disappointing. It’s just a bad look to engage in any HP content, do people not think about optics anymore?

Shaders do seem a bit complicated so fair enough on that front! I can also imagine attempting to port everything from 1.20.1 to 1.21.5 (Is that the current version?) would be such a headache it probably isn't worth- Shaders can do a lot tho! Loading screens, overlays. It's math turned into visuals

I love this little animation omg!! Also the recent snapshots with /posteffect command can make for some really cool things to overlay on someone's screen :>

This shit is why you can't separate continuing to financially support the Harry Potter IP (whether by buying the games, merch, watching the new TV show when its out) from the consequences of what JK Rowling does with that money She's become so stiflingly powerful that even private docs arent safe

send this to your artist friends who are stuck on Twitter and are having trouble branching out

edit of the "Look Man He Helped Me Through a Very Tough Time" meme

The guy on the left representing X/Twitter is yelling "I LOVE GRADUALLY ENSHITTIFYING MYSELF WITH A SIDE OF CSAM"

the guy next to him, representing "artist (totally not stockholmed at all)" is telling a concerned person on the right with a cap on "look man it's the only website where I have reach, the changes aren't that bad you just gotta respect it."

I've had to unfriend a few fans lately, all for the same reason. They made ridiculing, unkind, and in some cases outright cruel comments about pictures I posted of young women cosplaying Jessica.
More than a person, Jessica is a state of mind. To play Jessica, you need self -confidence, a sense of humor, and a Jessican -attitude-. There is no such thing as a Jessica cosplayer being too short, too flat chested, too heavy, too thin, too unattractive, too black, too Asian, or even too male!!! All Jessica, any Jessica, every Jessica is good Jessica.
I'm not giving any warnings or second chances. A single disparaging comment on a Jessica cosplayer, and I'm throwing you out of the rainbow colored Toontown Tent.
