And some of the chicken scratch notes for the circuit.

Image shows a eink tablet. On the screen is a simple geiger counter circuit that feeds into an RC circuit with a relatively short time constant (2.679e-7s). That circuit triggers an npn bjt which pulls down the output which normally sits at three or five volts.
To the right of the schematic is the part symbol for the bjt and the pinout of the bjt. Above it is the approximate algorithm for calculating random number. It compares the times between three clicks to generate a one or a zero.
