Don't forget transcripts for video and audio. These will help blind users and low-vision users, deaf and hard-of-hearing users, people with ADHD, and people with audio-processing disorders. Transcripts also benefit search engines, people in quiet spaces, and people in a hurry.

I got offered the flu vaccine by my GP but I can't access it because I'm a low func Autistic with no carer to organise it and I hate needles and also life isn't worth living as an Autistic person anyway so if I perish from the flu that's a bonus to me

It's been 2.5 years since I finished fighting a Nazi who had infiltrated the NHS team, and been mentally abused by other Autistics for not being able to access a proper diagnostic process. I am tired of everyone on this planet ignoring me while I drown under severe discrimination.

The questionnaires are biased and arbitrary bullshit. The questionnaires look for stuff that isn't autism. And the dependency on informants means that you're using "data" that is fundamentally wrong because nobody reads Autistic people correctly.
