Just read the NHL Tie-Breaking procedures for determining playoff positions. Dozens of criteria. re: boycotting Amazon (good) being a detriment to indie authors, I keep hearing the argument that reading enough on KU costs Amazon more than what you pay for the subscription— Amazon always has sold books at a loss, and I promise that they do not care. that's exactly what they want to happen.
