I'd avoided #MSG for years Since I can't eat a lot of things I seldom ever went to places where I was likely to get it About 5 yrs ago I forgot to ask that the takeout portion of our meal not have MSG in it Later after 4 bites I was crying w/ a massive migraine & My knuckles visibly swelled

To be called #MSG it must be 98.9% pure free glutamate Anything less can go by dozens of other names Often there are handfuls of these multiple ingredients that are full of free glutamates that combined make up very high quantity of what is basically MSG in food
