A reminder … the misuse of drugs and illicit drug laws are reserved matters in Scotland, meaning power over drug policy and legislation rests with the UK Parliament in Westminster rather than the Scottish Parliament.

Polls are like arseholes.. Everyone has one. Their findings can be subjective to both views, One being 'sustained opinion' the other being a 'snapshot of opinion'. Either way, I doubt Burnham has any intention of 'allowing' Scotland asking the question. Why ask for permission, Why not just do it?
