J Vine did interesting bit w Dr Sarah Jarvis on Alice in Wonderland syndrome - used to get as a kid - perception warps so that you feel you have giant or tiny limbs and head. I thought everyone was like this until found it was a neurological condition. Wrote a tune about it. See below
