My earliest, haziest memory of Darren/InfoDox/pwnsauce was when dawn was barely creeping over the horizon at one @emfcamp.bsky.social, and the buzz-saw snoring of his hapless tent-mate meant he was still up. @kekhmet.bsky.social tipped some our scotch down him, and we got to cordially chatting.

I'd lost the habit of coding for fun, but I had an OLPC on the "give one, get one" programme. Pissing about with Python helped me escape teaching and claw back some marbles, but I am not a primary school child in Burkina Faso. Tried an Elonex One at an ed-tech fair though. Those really did suck.

Foot split vertically past the ankle. Right one, I think. Was idly poking around, 'till I got a bit concerned and bored. Sellotape was unhelpful, kept sticking to itself or a big loose vein. Wrapped it in a towel and went limping around the house trying to sort it out and find sticking-plasters.
