This will be our 10 year anniversary (established 2016). The landscape has changed a lot over the years and for various reasons (e.g. difficulty finding good stuff within budget as prices shoot up; reduced interaction on social media, etc) we have decided this will be the last year for #VinylSanta.

I am begging people to understand the reason you pay so much tax is because the richest pay so little. The combined tax dodged by the richest 1% is more than the tax contribution of the bottom 70%. If they paid their tax, you wouldn't have to pay any.

I'm an artist and I hate the amount of commission galleries charge. If you like one of an artist's pieces, wait until after the exhibition and approach them privately: you'll get the picture for half the price and the artist will make more money.

PARKHAM WI: The speaker at the April meeting was Captain Colin Darch, who talked about piracy embarrassingly the WI all dressed as pirates for the evening not real-ising that Captain Darch was going to be talking about his experience of being held hostage by Somall pirates rather than piracy in general.

Every year there is a #recordstoreday release that I hesitate on and it usually sells out. This years was William S Burroughs In Dub (ltd to 500 copies). I bought a cd version from Germany on discogs today instead, to satisfy my craving! (the #RSD LPs are being relisted at £100+!😲).
