To answer your question - think it's great, exactly what I would've pictured a 2D Metroid Prime to be. The boost ball can be a little janky with its momentum, and the game is a little easy, but I like the removal of the visors, the reimagination of the Aeon abilities, and the teleportation.

Happily joining you with that one! This one seems to work a treat with the Steam Deck as well.

Yeah, I'm basically going to drop my other gaming and give it a go, I love me a good Metroid!

How about this: Instead of hyping up the piece of shit TERF queen and her exceedingly mid books, we point kids in the direction of K.A. Applegate and her fantastic, terrifying Animorphs series?

Know a "Young Adult" with a burgeoning interest in fantasy literature? Don't give the Harry Potter. Give them some Sir Terry Pratchett (his Tiffany Aching books are superb). Proper fantasy, in a well written world which helps them learn some damn good morals.

#8 is complete - Theme Hospital! Haven't played since one since 2009, so it's been fun to go back and complete another playthrough. Pictures of my final hospital included. Constant chain of Doctors being trained for Psych, Surgery and Research, which was good as I was expanding at a rate of knots.
