Something about these waters feels almost divine... ✨ My piece for the @assimilatedzine.bsky.social , a vex-themed zine for Destiny 2! Hope you all enjoy the works everyone put together! #assimilatedzine #destiny2art #destiny2

illustration by laur-rants, 2025. Shows two vex statues and in between them, a waterfall of radiolaria. In the radiolaria are the components for a vex, including arms, legs, the head with a lit up optic, and also the juice box in the middle, overflowing with radiolaria. They are suspended, and the statues hands are together as if in offering to the pool. done for Assimilated: A Destiny Vex Fan Zine

My piece the @assimilatedzine.bsky.social featuring Lethe and Lorelei playing a totally legal game of chess #Destiny2 #Destiny2art #Assimilatedzine

An illustration of two Destiny 2 characters, one human, one a Traveler-type Vex. They are playing a game of chess.

The human, Lorelei is smirking in amusement, as she throws her opponent's chess pieces under the table for her ghost to teleport away. The Vex, Lethe, appears puzzled as it processes the missing pieces.

"Be careful, Eris," Ikora said.
The Drifter winced. Eris squared her shoulders and tilted her chin up at Ikora's words.
"You know that's the last thing you should tell her in order to get her to be careful, right?" the Drifter said, exasperated. "You've known her longer than me. How do you not know that?"

My two pieces for @assimilatedzine.bsky.social ! I love when Vex manipulate entire planets and stars. #Destiny2 #Destiny2art #AssimilatedZine

digital art of the planet mercury against the sun with a large radiolarian waterfall falling over it. in the center is the gate to the infinite forest. above the sun in the shadow is a pyramid ship. based on the lore tab "Insti|gate|"

digital art of volantis, the forge star. large blue sun encircled with "wires," a swarm of glass-like crystals over its surface, vex structures on the ground beneath with hundreds of hexagonal mirrors in the back. on the left side a black tower with a jarringly different architecture. based on the descriptions of volantis from clovis in the beyond light collector's edition.

Here's my entry for #AssimilatedZine by @assimilatedzine.bsky.social! I had a lot of fun drawing Relay being scary, and even more fun tackling those colors! 💪 #Destiny2Art #Destiny2AOTW #Destiny2

A very colorful drawing featuring my Destiny 2 Titan OC, Relay, standing in a pool of bluish radiolarian fluid with four dead Vex at his feet. He is mostly shrouded in a blueish shadow, and is holding the torn-out eye of a Vex in one hand. Behind him is a pink disc-shaped piece of vex architecture embedded in the way with a bright red light shining from the middle of it. It surrounded the upper part of Relay's body in a way not unlike a halo. In the background are various tubes and cables cascading over bright green geometric Vex architecture and into the pool of radiolaria. One of the Vex at Relay's feet is reaching out and grasping his leg as if attempting to stop him.

A close-up of Relay's face, showing the red eye-shine in his eye and a better view of the Vex eye he is holding in his hand.

A close-up of some of the Vex at Relay's feet, highlighting the details of their chassis.

Another close-up of some of the Vex at Relay's feet, this time of the ones sinking into the radiolaria behind him.

A man stands shirtless in front of a mirror. One of his arms has been replaced by metal. The flesh surrounding the metal shoulder is warped and corrupted. His flesh arm is raised, gingerly tracing the jagged edge. Behind him, a woman opens the door and pauses after seeing that she is intruding on a private moment.
