Cam companies stop making flat slop phones and start making phones with round edges/frames again

Google should bring back the squeeze feature from older pixels

Why does the Google power menu have no confirmation dialogs Like on One UI, it asks to press the option again. Pixel UI just goes ahead with it

I need to get a new glass screen protector for my 8 Pro asap. The plastic protector it has enabled is scratched asf (Mainly because of my nails)

I absolutely love the thinkpad but damn that dell is such a good size for portability tho the thinkpad isn't bad either because it's thinner and lighter

So, now I have this Dell Latitude 7390 with a broken display, no SSD and broken touchpad keys (these don't matter tho because gestures) So, now I jus need an SSD and a cheap display to make it a stupid ass workstation

Tiles UI like that of windows 8.x start screen is probably the best UI for tablet homescreens because they use the large screen real estate very well. The icons on modern android and iPadOS tablets look tiny compared to the size of the screen

Smart TV OS is surprisingly still the only space without a duopoly for the most part. Tho it's a shame most of the OSes suck balls

So, until I get a pixel to install grapheneOS with sandboxed gms, I have come to a compromise On my redmi with an AOSP ROM, I'm only using google services like play store and apps dependent on it in the private space. Outside the space, I'm using tuta, proton and other privacy respecting apps only

So, theoretically, I need an SSD and CMOS to turn this into something useful but then I think about how many nightmares I had trying to run Linux on this thing for some reason and I wonder if it's really worth it

Man I've stripped the logs next to my door so many times while trying to open them with an axe in my hand

getting a pixel soon, so it'd suck to lose the IR blaster, but ig I'll still have my redmi to carry everywhere for it

Still insane that next year, windows 11 will be the same age as 10 was when 11 released If windows 12 doesn't get announced beyond that, 11 will become the longest running windows version beating 10

Why can't I just push a single button or select all images at once to wipe my Google photos? It doesn't have a real filesystem unlike pcloud, proton or onedrive so I can't just select folders and delete them. Ts so ass

I never use the widgets panel in windows 11. I only have it pinned to my taskbar because it makes it more balanced and looks nice

Wedge design laptops shouldn't exist. The front edge, where your wrist rests shouldn't be built like a knife

I'm using an app called flare for android which unifies my Twitter and bsky feeds in a nice M3 UI. Also allows me to cross post. I need something similar on desktop.

Updated windows today and damn, it's working so well now. Even with a lot of apps open and WSA set on continuous with 8GB alotted to it, everything is snappy and smooth
