They look so goofy without their faces complete 😂 today’s market prep is all about kittens so far 🧶 #crochet

I decided to make one without the extra eye segments to see if it’s worth the extra time to have the white of the eyes. I think it looks just as good without 🐟🧶 #crochet

My latest obsession (to take a break from blanket yarn dumplings): fidget fish/sardines. They have a barrette inside so you can snap them #crochet 🧶 🐟

Does blanket yarn hurt anyone else’s hand? I love that it doesn’t shed like chenille, but I find it uncomfortable to work with so don’t do it often. The end result is cute though 🤷🏻‍♀️ Crochet dumplings 🥟 I’ve been making a bunch of these little guys lately for mystery bags #crochet 🧶

Library haul 📚 I decided it was finally time to renew my card now that I’m reading a lot more once again after years of mostly being in a slump. I’ve read A Darker Shade of Magic before, but want to reread it and finish the series (my partner lost my copy though so figured I’d borrow this one)

A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E Schwab

Matched by Ally Condie (I’ve heard mixed things, but the premise is interesting)

The Girl who fell Beneath the Sea by Axie Oh

Nothing Like the Movies by Lynn Painter (I read the first book a while back and either didn’t realize there was a second or just never got around to it)

TW pet loss Today while I was at work, Monty passed suddenly. My partner said it happened so fast. He had seemed happy and healthy. No signs of any issues. I’m completely devastated. 7 months ago to this day, I lost my dog Sky to cancer. Today we lost Monty to unknown causes. It doesn’t feel real

I have a job interview in an hour and I’m so nervous. I hate interviews. I’m too socially awkward for them 😅 it wouldn’t be a huge change if I get the job, it’s just a different department within my workplace for 10 months. I have a job to return to either way thankfully. That definitely helps
