No idea how long I am not going to drink for but frustratingly it feels very good to not. Did everyone else know that exercising regularly and not drinking is good for your mental health ??? 🫨 🫨 🫨

I got diagnosed with autism and adhd last month which aligned with also becoming sober, I am currently seeing everything thru the window of my diagnoses. Did everyone else know that neurodivergent people use alcohol and drugs to make socialising palatable??? 🫨 🫨 🫨
