There has to be a way for Congress to just shutdown Whitehouse spending funds. You'd think it would be absolutely 100% of Congress voting to eliminate Whitehouse funds until Vought is removed. It's in Congress's interest to protect their silo of responsibility...but alas, cowards.

Overnight, Trump posted that he would bomb Oman if they didn't let him run the Strait of Hormuz. It's as if he's trying to dare Arab countries to close US bases and reject US military use of facilities. While he has the ability, I don't think Trump has the credibility left to dictate terms.

Got a survey call today. Obviously from Marinette Miller-Meeks campaign. I'd say she's worried. She's a Trump Lacky who voted to defund Iowa Healthcare. She's really not very popular these days when clinics are closing in Iowa. Hospitals are making cuts. I really hope she's out after November!
