Benedict describes his summer vacation. Read previous Dead By Daylight comics here: 💀 tapas.io/episode/2784... #deadbydaylight #comics

Summer Screams - Chaos Shuffle

Benedict is dressed in a Victorian style hat, sunglasses, ascot, and swimtrunks. The text reads:

A curious thing to be dressed in revealing sea-side attire where there is no ocean or beach to be seen. I am not normally one to bear such an artistic amount of naked flesh, but the Entity hungers.

An overlay of the in-game UI shows that Benedict rolled No Mither along with Tae-Young.

28 July - Standing in an empty field, I vacantly stared at the hazy orange sky in what must have looked like an upright corpse, trying to make sense of my own thoughts.

I felt like I had lost all sense; everything I knew left behind at the campfire, infused instead with a jumble of ephemeral proficiencies which I’d soon forget.

Tae-Young gives a thumbs up to a hunched over and bleeding Benedict. They both have the anti-heal icon above their heads.

One skill I recognized instantly as a curse for myself and at least one other, as we were both injured from the start. I confess, I was ready to yield; for what is the point when you are certain your fate has been sealed so soon?

Benedict is face down in the dirt.

Groans escaped my lips as I struggled to help the team. What could I do? The villain found me first and was sure to send me away before anyone else, and for that I am glad.

Summer Screams - Lights Out

This comic is almost all black, heavy inks and minimal color. Lery's Memorial is lit only by the light from the roof in the observation room. Benedict stands in the center looking at the monitors above.

4 August- A murky, boundless gloom buried these realms in darkness. I am no stranger to the shadows, yet this time felt very different.

Opening my eyes in a familiar hospital, I squinted, waiting for what seemed an eternity for the relief of sight that never came.

Benedict is in a dark hallway, with his sunglassses on, arms reaching out into the darkness.

Meandering through the void, my hand felt its way along endless cold tiles. Still, I managed to find a machine. I could still be of some use to the others here.

A vile tone rang through the air, bringing with it the darkest black; a most incomprehensible abyss.

A large image of the Dredge, with a colorful gradient from blue to hot pink as it swings its weird claw hand at Benedict who is recoiling in terror.

Close at hand came the wails of many souls and a sloshing meat sound, followed by great claws picking me up from behind. My bowels quickly fled my body and I passed out.

The terror was crushing and I wish never to experience that again. The joke was on me as I would experience The Dredge many times.

These are drawings by other guardians, and colored by me. Idk if Pherian is on Bluesky 🫠 @laurin.bsky.social @newbabyfly.schism.org

Crow sits, happily drinking on a log next to a campfire, sword extended as he laughs and tells stories. Fireflies surrounding the area in a soft glow.

Devrim sits shirtless and in short shorts on a crate in front of blue stained glass, likely in his tower, tea in hand.

A Stasis Titan fully dripped in nothing but exotic armors leans into the camera aggressively, fist clenched, cold and ice emanating from the armor. List of worn armor - Head - Precious Scars, Chest - Hoarfrost-Z, Gauntlets - Icefall Mantle, Legs - Antaeus Wards

I didn't finish this one - An Arc Titan fully decked out in all exotic armor stands in the dark, fist pounding an open hand, ready to fight. Lightning connecting to the arms from off screen. Exotic armors featured - Head - Eternal Warrior, Chest - Cuirass of the Falling Star, Arms - ACD/0 Feedback Fence, Legs - Peregrine Greaves

Some unfinished sketches of more high fashion magazine ads.

A sketchy hunter themed one for the Assassin's Cowl. The text reads: "Unsung. Unnamed. Unseen. Assassin's Cowl. VANISHING EXECUTION Powered melee final blows grant invisibility and restore a
portion of health and shields. Finishers and final blows
against more powerful targets increase the duration of the
invisibility and the amount of health and shields restored."

And even sketchier sketch. The text reads: " Seized by the melody Loreley Splendor Helm CAUTERIZING FLAME
When you have Sun Warrior, your sunspots heal you.
When you are critically wounded, create a sunspot at
your location."

Some lil comics I made. I felt bad about yelling at him in that first comic, so I had my Titan give him cookies and a hug. #Crow #Dawning

Panel 1 - My Titan approaches Crow for the Hawkmoon Exotic Quest. Crow says "Guardian, I've had terrible dreams, will you help me?" My Titan says "Of course, my dear sweet Crow".
Panel 2 - My Titan yells at Crow as she reads over the steps required. She says "SIXTEEN Steps?! Oh Hell no! I just did a whole bunch of stuff for you! Just give me Hawkmoon! I know you got it back there!" In tiny text Crow whispers "But my dreams..."
Panel 3 - The Titan crumples up the Hawkmoon quest paper. Ghost projects a dreams dictionary website for Crow. The Titan says "Here's a website you can look up all the meanings of dreams." Crow replies "But I really think we need to..."
Panel 4 - Crow is interrupted and dejected by the Titan throwing the crumpled quest at his chest as she tells him "Quest complete, give me my gun!"

A wordless comic, I felt bad as an artist throwing the Hawkmoon quest at Crow and seeing him sad, so I made a nice Dawning comic where my Titan gives him cookies and a hug instead.

Destiny Halloweeeeeen! This was for a community art zine collab. I love doing horror and Halloween, and the cosmic horror of Destiny is what really got me sucked into the game. It was so creepy and mysterious. One of my favorite missions of anything in the game was Presage.

A fireteam is trapped in the tangle of Egregore. The Warlock stands as the last one up large and in front and in focus, The Egregore finally pushes its way through the helmet and eyes of the Warlock. The text reads from a grimoire entry about...idk where its from, it may or may not have even been about Egregore lol.

Anyway, it says "It wants me to witness this, the world. Its world now. Suffocating in the black poison. I collapse. We all collapse."

I made exactly one horny comic. I thought the idea of fucking in ACD/0 Feedback Fence was funny. For you non Titans: you build up a static charge with melee kills and then if you get hit with melee it releases that explosive charge which also does knockback. #nsfw

A comic page set in Trostland
Panel 1 - Text reads Destiny - Twilight of Venus - Shows a statue with outstretched arms and missing parts of its head and hands. A speech bubble comes from the window of an abandoned building behind the statue. It reads: " Come on, Hunter, you can go harder than that!
Panel 2 - An Awoken Titan wearing nothing but a crackling ACD/0 Feedback Fence kisses a naked Hunter on a shitty old couch.
Panel 3 - a view from behind as the Titan sits upright in the Hunter's lap, ACD/0 Feedback Fence crackling with lightning.
Panel 4 - The Titan is spread out on her back as the Hunter plows away, censored by giant grinning images of Zavala.

Panel 1 - a giant Zavala head censors the good shit in this panel, the Hunter is thrusting harder, the ACD/0 Feedback Fence crackling even more. A radio speech bubble from Devrim reads: "Looks like the Fallen are bringing in a glimmer drill...Keep a sharp look out!"
Panel 2 - Ac lose up of ACD/0 Feedback Fence shoulders crackling more.
Panel 3 - The Titan reaches climax, and so does ACD/0 Feedback Fence, the speech bubble reads: "Too hard!"
Panel 4 - a wide panel showing the Hunter gets blasted off of the Titan with a giant KRA KOOOM text.
Panel 5 - The Titan smiles over the naked and dizzied body of the Hunter, who is laying in rubble. She grabs a rifle and she says "C'mon, there's still time to knock out this public event!"

And what started those was a bunch of mock Dream Daddy screens. It was taking too long, it wasn't that cool, so I scrapped it for these gifs. Which also took a long time cuz I had to make a bunch of them. 🤡 #Crow

5 panels of a mock Dream Daddy style visual novel with Crow - they read:
Panel 1 - "On our way back, I...felt something. It's a yearning. For change, for...adventure." Crow smiles awkwardly. "It feels childish, but it's like the gun - or maybe the Traveler - wants us to experience Triumph"
Panel 2 - "Glint thinks this may have t do with the elevated states of emotion. Like we need to attune our minds to a specific...wavelength."
Panel 3 - "I think we should try," Crow asserts. "Together."
Panel 4 - Crow doesn't seem completely convinced, but there's a part of him deep down that believes it's true.
Panel 5 - A branching choice reads "Accept his offer, Reject his offer," and the third option which is highlighted "Be thirsty"

Crow is now blushing, mouth open. The panels read:"
Panel 1 - You explain to The Crow in great detail exactly how you're going to help him experience triumph...
Panel 2 - ...where you're going to elevate his state of emotion...
Panel 3 - then how he's going to attune that big mind to your juicy wavelength...together...

Crow, still mouth open and blushing listens to you talk:
Panel 1 - and how you plan to finish him on The Spider's empty throne...
Panel 2 - The Crow awkwardly shuffles in place, unsure of where to place his limbs. The forward response from the Guardian was exciting, but unexpected.
Panel 3 - The Crow chokes on his spot trying to respond. Glint chirps over him and tells you to meet in The Crow's Nest after dark. The flushed Crow nods in agreement.

some early sketches for the Crow, standing pose, awkward shuffling, biting lip, blushing and furrowed brows, furrowed brow and avoiding eye contact, and fiddling with his cape.

I did this one for another community zine. The theme was Guardian branding. I was a big lover/hater of Sparrow Racing and thought that shit was never coming back lmao. This one took me so long to make. But I love making this type of stuff. #SRL #SparrowRacing

The finished drawing of a mock-Marlboro F1 racing ad but with a fireteam posed around a team sparrow covered in sponsors. The team are all my guardians that I rotate - my main Awoken Titan woman, my human Hunter girl and my human Warlock man. It's like a co-op branding deal for an energy drink that also sponsors a racing team, so the ad is for Ascendant Energy, with a big image of the can. The text on the bottom left reads "Ascendant Energy - Zero-Point Energy - Zero Carbs - Zero Sugar" The top left is the tagline that reads "Upgrade your performance". old Marlboro magazine ads used to have a little story about the racers featured, so the small text on the top right reads "These guardians know how to take the checkered flag. At the Crimson Cup, Vennatra Sej took it on the final lap last year. At Haakon Masters in 2015, Scott Payton took it after spinning 360° into a forklift. And Natalia Hastings won the Meridian Bay Pro Series in 2016, the most prestigious race of them all. Now these SRL Champions bring their warppower to the Ascendant Energy team ‘19. For 16 races, including the Ascendant Grand Prix, Ascendant 500, and the Ascendant
Challenge, which is the only race held just for SRL’s top guns, their VEIST-powered Ascendant Schnell Chassis will be the ones to catch - travelling faster than one football field every second. Sure, Sej, Hastings and Payton are from the same fireteam. But when the green flag drops, it’s every guardian for themselves."

Sponsors featured as logos on the guardians racing suits: Titan Fuel (G Fuel), Spicy Ramen, Eververse, Schnell, Warmind, Vex Milk(Coffee Mate), Sparro(Sparco), Crimson Cup Series(Nascar Cup Series), Light Year(GoodYear), Hakke, Veist, Bray's Best(Bush's Best), Hard Wipe(Charmin), SolCo(SunCo), Chatterwhite(Crest), Ascendant Energy(Monster Energy)

An early portrait oriented sketch version, with only my titan and warlock with the same text. Neither are smiling in this version lol

I got really into making these fashion magazine type drawings. #destinyfashion

My titan leaning against a wall in the Tower wearing an Ice Breaker themed casual athletic outfit. White text overlaid on the image reads: "Heat Sink. Magazine. Operator." "ICE BREAKER" in larger letters. Below this text in small text is text from the wiki I think? Which maybe came from a grimoire entry? I don't remember now. It reads: "The Ice BBreaker series was a clandestine project developed by the Vanguard in conjunction with various City weapons foundries. Meant as an exploration of Golden Age weapon technology, the project was scrapped after only a single weapon reached the testing phase. The prototypes for the project's lone weapon are considered dangerous and unfit for field duty by the Vanguard. This hasn't stopped daring Guardians from seeking out the Ice Breakers - death, after all, is an occupational hazard."

A human warlock stands in a doorway at the Tower. purple WIsteria grows around a pink tiled door, petals falling through soft beams of sunlight. The Warlock wears only the Chromatic Fire exotic armor like a designer dress. The top right of the image in small white text reads: "Crystalline Transistor - Precision kills with your Kinetic weapon create an explosion in the element of your equipped subclass." At the bottom of the image is large white text that reads: "Chromatic Fire, No Restrictions"

The pool party art here was done for a Destiny community art zine, I wanted to throw as many NPCs into this pic as I could. Devrim I think was just cuz. #Devrim

A summer group picture I drew in 2021. The Tower is now a giant pool party with my titan in front squirting a water gun version of Sunshot, the water landing on my irritated Ghost. The background is sunny and crowded. The Tower is decorated in fun rainbow colors and engram garland. Holliday is sharing a drink with Crow that he thinks is gross. Banshee has Tess Everis on his shoulders and they are playing chicken with Devrim and Hawthorne. Ada-1 and Rahool sit on the edge of the pool comparing notes. Elsie and Anna Bray relax and laugh in the water. Drifter is pulling Eris into the pool. Variks is trying not to get wet. shirtless and tatted up Zavala drinks from an engram shaped glass, shirtless and oily Shaxx(the helmet stays on) and Mithrax, covered in pool noodles try to enjoy their surroundings. A tanned Shaw Han runs past the crowd with a giant inflatible Vex Harpy, spilling the food and drink out of the hands of a Hawaiian shirt wearing Saladin and Xur. Ikora wears a light swim coverup and plays with an inflatable ball along with Osiris and Saint-14. Eva Levante guides a small Eliksni child dressed in cute summer clothes through the crowd. Sweeper bot tries to keep up with the mess.

Shirtless Summertime Devrim Kay stands in water in Trostland that comes up right to the tip of the bulge in his pants. He holds No Land Beyond in his right hand, trying to keep it out of the water.

I was an Awoken Titan, usually a Void Sentinel. I've had a fucked up haircut since D1, my husband picked it and he thought it was funny and it bothered me until I tried to change it and realized she looked wrong without it. #titan #awoken

My in-game Titan on the loadout screen wearing colorful Guardian Games armor.

a close up in game shot of my Titan with her Ghost

a fashion magazine inspired drawing of my Titan. She is shirtless and posed in between decorative dividers in the Tower. The focus is on her Phoenix Cradle exotic leg armor. White text overlaid on the drawing reads: "Phoenix Cradle - Incinerate. Destroy." Below that tagline in smaller text reads the in game description of what the legs do in game; "Beacons of Empowerment - Sun Warrior lasts twice as long. Allies who pass through your sunspots are granted Sun Warrior."
