Where’s the power lifting side of Bluesky ? 205lbs (93kg) front pause squats for 3 reps. Not long ago this was a 1 rep max without a pause. Consistency is key. Don’t skip leg day 🫡 🔥

Honestly love that in this day in age, Wikipedia has become the most dependable source of information because actual humans are involved in the editing and publishing process (well at least I hope they still are). Can't believe my teachers used to tell me it could never be trusted!

"On Writing Well" is becoming my #1 recommended book this year. I'm telling everyone to read it and reread it. I doesn't matter your background, we all can be good nonfiction writers. I also remind people that AI should be a tool for drafts, reviews, critiques. Not a generator.

I'm learning @atproto.com by implementing @standard.site for my @astro.build blog. Tonight I focussed on the architecture of atproto, explored its SDKs, and how standard.site factors into everything. I have a loose astro integration wired up too. This is fascinating tech!

Yes to this. I’ve tried plant based diet and simply couldn’t get enough nutrients for my active lifestyle. Choosing better meats and sometimes opting for fully plant-based meals is a great compromise that’s good for me and good for the environment!
