Where’s the power lifting side of Bluesky ? 205lbs (93kg) front pause squats for 3 reps. Not long ago this was a 1 rep max without a pause. Consistency is key. Don’t skip leg day 🫡 🔥

Today marks 2 incredible years at @harper.fast 🎉 I joined as a software engineer and now I lead Open Source Engineering (OSPO). Grateful for how much I've learned, and for the entire team that mentors and trusts me every single day. And the best part is I still get to write code!
