So my weight loss journey moves on. Off all my diabetes drugs. Down below 150 pounds, and in that honor decided to shave off the beard. The outside picture is about 50 pounds ago in December 2021.

Coastal NC winter storm. Just a few pictures showing the progress. At 11AM we had no snow, 2 hours later ground covered, by 5PM 2+ inches. As of 7PM Saturday night still snowing hard.
