First thing in the novel that looks better in the new art style: The shotgun.

Her face looks, however, like she just remembered she saw a servant serve tea wrong or something. Like she's sad and mildly annoyed at something that doesn't really matter but she will let it ruin her day? Her face's all weird, is what I mean.

I guess when this was published Beatrice wasn't in the front cover or anything? It's getting quite fucking obnoxious, the way the narrative keeps playing a game of shell with whether she exists and is a witch when it's clear from like the third page of the prologue that the answer is yes. C'mon

It is very slow to get going so far but it is entertaining I guess. It does have a weird tendency to walk you through every single line of reasoning many times in a row, considering so far nothing difficult to understand has happened. It's been several years since I actually made something with it, and it's gone a long way since then, but my main gripes were always more about the UI feel and workflow than actual bugs, and when I checked it out recently it didn't feel any better. I should probably give it another chance, though.

Well, yeah, I may never be able to get into 3D printing useful shit again because I hate using every extant FOSS alternative to SolidWorks, and any AI-generated one will be dogshit, but at least I'll suffer no inner turmoil and my morals will be pristine and unimpeachable, and that's what matters 🙃
