ICYMI, I have a new story about women candidates and the primaries. Tellingly, just 12% of Republicans' nominees in "solid Republican" races are women. 45% of Democrats' nominees in "solid Democratic" races are women. abcnews.go.com/538/efforts-...

We find that using social media for aspirational purposes -- getting advice and inspiration from brands, celebrities, and influencers -- is assoc with a different pattern of science attitudes and beliefs than using social media for news and info or to connect with family and friends
