Dig the Castle is about community and archaeology for the people of Great Torrington. It’s also about the friendships we make and a shared passion for heritage. We had a joyous time, even through the rain, welcoming members of the public for our Open Day and our Family Day.

A flurry of archaeology fun landed on Great Torrington, Devon this week. We had local leaders on site to visit and they even took part in excavation. Thanks to the Mayor, Dave Parish, and Councillor Cheryl Cottle-Hunkin for supporting us and mucking in! #archaeology #castle #publicengagement

It's #OsloPride today, and it's harder to be queer now than a few years ago. That's why this new app coming from @fridamarida.bsky.social is so important: a map of queer friendly and safe businesses, clinics, areas and more. Oslo is stage 1, global is next. So support #queermap for #Pride!🏳️‍🌈

Queer Map: a safety map by and for queer people
The money goes to building Queer Map, a free app that shows queer and trans people where they're safe in Oslo, and warns about places that aren't. By queer people, for queer people. Always free.
