I grew a kohlrabi and ate it! It was pretty good. Can't wait to grow more weird niche vegetables for my area!!! 🤪

Also I went to Lowe's twice today and spent hours planning and prepping for my first time trying to grow pink oyster mushrooms. Fingers crossed! 🤞🍄

I'm wearing safety glasses, a respirator, and long rubber gloves while holding the pink oyster sawdust spawn I'm about to use.
