i posted an epiphany i had about why i hate AI so much on fedi and i wanna post it here but it won't fit and i don't wanna cut it down to size so fuckit i'm just posting a screenshot

OH. right! i get it now!

i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes

after many months it seems that this has subsided and we've returned to the status quo of me not being hungry until my body's like girl we gotta eat NOW or we will die

A YouTube video for the Water Temple in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. The comments section has an exchange as detailed below. “@TheMrdangles16 • 11y ago:
i hate the water temple... too confusing :(“ “@KeithHalsell • 2y ago:
it's been 9 years, i hope you are doing great in life now.” “@TheMrdangles16 • 2y ago: it couldn't be going worse Keith.”

Unfortunately these switches are sensed by a magnet that's affixed to the bottom of the mechanism (which you can see through the hole), the two plastic pins are only for alignment. Normal switches lack this magnet so it has no way of being sensed even if you make it physically fit

do you know which keyboard model you have? it looks like you have contactless switches - maybe hall effect? they wouldn't work with normal mechanical 3/5 pin switches
