This is not a roster issue. This was developing for the last few seasons. They should look inward and then do any and everything in their power to realize that closing everything off and act like they have all the answers gets them to this. A LOT has to change (but I don't believe it will)

So we had a lot of this and the Heat were there. 2Q and Donovan in the end put it away for the Cavs. Jovic and Pelle got minutes. Jovic missed a ton of big shots and that will stick, but had a good impact on both ends. Pellet was good for defense but lacked the off ball movement I enviosined

Some key stuff for the Heat tonight and going forward: - start Davion. You can't go against a top backcourt in the league with 2 non-defenders - get Jovic and Pelle in. I would even start Jovic in place of Ware, but I know it won't happen. Still, the team needs movement and functional size

The Heat had 22 assists in the first 3 quarters. 3 assists in the 4th, in yet another offensive disaster. Their offense isn't good, but the 4th quarter offense is abysmal. Just spamming iso actions and zero off-ball movement. They just stop going to things that work in the first 36 minutes

The Heat really had an opportunity to develop after the Jimmy trade. Instead, they're doing the opposite. Ware sits after his mistakes, Larsson is racking up DNPs, Jaquez has no role at all and is just there, Jovic was out of the rotation for so long and before the injury his role wasn't clear
