This is an unpopular take but as a neurodivergent self-employed person, LLM's have been an unbelievably helpful tool for the things I have struggled with my whole adult life: managing my finances, filling out paperwork, and staying on top of my email. I'm functional in a way I never dreamed of.

I think the breakthrough model-T moment for AI will likely be in medicine. I can imagine something along the lines of 'theranos but not bullshit' that's good enough at a lot of common diagnoses. probably won't first take off in the US or Europe where doctors have a lot of regulatory clout.
