Seen that so often with people who claim to have healed. When asked how they did it, they answer with their nose up in the sky "I worked on myself" or "I went to therapy". No details. Everything else shall remain a state secret. Especially with spiritual people.

I think asking is legitimate and shows interest in getting to know the person. Anyone can set boundaries if discussing that is not desired and they are to be respected. Of course, there are ways and tones for asking.

I also like the Star Wars series, Doctor Who (10th & 11th docs fav) and Firefly. I've seen Stargate, Babylon 5, Seaquest DSV and others. Just recently saw Quantum Leap. Star Trek remains my favourite series though. Movie-wise I prefer Star Wars. I also like their music. What's your fav movie?

Regarding René, agreed. I like all the series until Enterprise, TOS not so much. I cycle through them every few years. Mixed feelings about the recent ones, with Strange New Worlds clearly my favourite. DS9 was too political when I was a kid, but I've come to appreciate it.

Neuroticism in #DSPD could also be a consequence of the shaming and difficulties in life. I know that e.g. depression has long been suspected to have comorbidity with divergent chronotypes. What you describe sounds somewhat like hypervigilance.

#CPTSD Some days there are just no words. An 'emotional flashback' can be descrived as when emotions crash over us, and we are swept away, but we have no memory to tie them to. For folks with CPTSD that may be multiple events, sometimes entire childhoods. #MentalHealth #noStigma #SurvivorStrong
