#SundayPixTip if you stand at the corner of Lord Street & Castle Street in Liverpool City centre, you can see Queen Victoria's penis.
View of the Vicoria monument with the queen in profile, facing left.

Do we really need to explain to people that it is really, REALLY important to read to young children? Like, you, personally, need to read to your child - your voice, your face, your hand gestures, your lap, your arms, your closeness. What kind of parent doesn't know this in their bones?

Perfect timing for #SundayPixAnimals as I spent the day making this little guy. He needs a name now. #SundayPix
Ceramic moon gazing hare modelled in ashram hannah clay, which apprears light grey. Here he is in profile, facing right. He is sitting, looking upwards with his head tilted, & has massive ears & paws.Rear view of the hare. HUGE ears. Left profile with his little face visible. Thoughtful little guy.

Just had a reminder pop up for a ceramics class I booked months ago & had forgotten about is happening tomorrow. I am exhausted & have work to do, & an injured hand. I really need to get my big girl pants on & work today so I can go & make mud pies tomorrow. This feels important.

Robert Jenrick confronts a 'shoplifter' and tells her she should go to prison In 2020 Robert Jenrick broke the rules and tried to rush through planning permission to save a billionaire donor £40,000,000 and cost you £40m. How long does Jenrick think Jenrick should get for that?

#SundayPixSolitude had to wade out to sea to get some...
Rolling waves, low light, & dramatic clouds. A streak of blue sky is visible stretching diagonally upwards from the horizon on the left, into the sun.

Sunday Pixies - it’s Saturday here and we’re still travelling with Antipodean WiFi so I’m posting an early theme. #SundayPix this week is #SundayPixSolitude So if you find you’re on a planet in a big universe, or an empty beach or the only lady on a teapot, show us what solitude means to you.

It’s very simple. A reality TV host became dictator because he turned down a role for Sharknado 4 and that’s why the king of outer space, who cheats at Diablo, got to kill Africa. Now the economy is controlled by a sex cult that has something to do with Harry Potter fanfic because of robots.

Three spiky, green, sweet chestnut cases lie on the muddy ground, partially open so we can glimpse the shiny brown chestnuts inside. A few gold and brown chestnut leaves have also fallen.

#SundayPixSilver
The OG silver fox, my dad. Photo shows an elderly gentleman in profile, facing left & standing beside a bar. He wears a dark blue jumper & khaki trousers. His chin rests on his right hand & his hair needs a trim, it's past hus collar.A large silvery fish, smiling on the pavement in the centre of PwllheliThe silvery sea off the black sands of Tallisker Bay, Skye. This photo is all silver - sky, sea, & shadowy headland to the right. A tiny silver acorn & silver clay oak leaf work in progress on my solder block. Still unfinished 🙄
