Last week, @ucirvine.bsky.social remained silent as a known hate group held a campus event questioning the existence of Islamophobia. Two days ago, 75 miles away, teenagers radicalized by the same sort of rhetoric murdered several at a mosque. The UCI Muslim Students Union posted this response.
