This day 3 years ago our daughter graduated from University. It should have been an extremely happy day. On the morning of the event 2 hours away her dad wouldn't go. He was agitated & not right. I took a taxi to the ceremony and left straight away feeling awful for her home. At home I was greeted

If you see swifts lying on the ground with their wings stretched out, don't be afraid, just help! They are not sick, they cannot take off from flat surfaces. You need to pick them up and let them go up slightly from the height of your hands, they should catch and fly on their own

Tesco just awarded their workforce a 5% payrise (Yay, right?) But they've axed a 10% bonus their staff got for working Sundays to help pay for it. So now pay will go over 1st April living wage but they won't be any better off. Meanwhile CEO Ken Murphy's salary? Doubled from £4.4m => £9.9m
