🥳 We’ve been blown away by the incredible work from the National Innovation Centre for Data trainees from the Data Innovation Bootcamp. In five days, they developed three practical and realistic ways to unlock the value in Ways to Wellness patient data, which we’re excited to explore further.

Anna Basu & @angbroadbridge.bsky.social spoke about SPACE Pilot at the 7th Great North Paediatric Conference last Friday. They explained the impact of taking a whole-family approach to support for children with complex, chronic conditions by integrating the hospital with community settings.
