My sporting weekend just got even better..! 😮 There’ll be tougher games ahead for sure but actually looked like a proper NFL team in all three areas O, D & ST for once!!! ✈️🏈💚🤍💚 (Don’t think it’s talked about enough - but having Allen back for a 1-2 punch with Hall is huge!)

The story behind Ireland’s most prestigious sporting trophy and its link to a spy working deep within the British Empire’s communications apparatus during the 1919-21 Irish War of Independence is just one of many featured on my ‘Revolutionary Clerkenwell’ walking tour. Tickets in bio ⬆️

Spent a morning in the company of @alondoninheritance.bsky.social on his walking tour of Limehouse. If you’ve never been on one of David’s walks he has a huge collection of his Dad’s photos which allows you to go back in time and view the area as it was 80, 70yrs ago. Highly recommended.

My first time celebrating Italian Liberation Day the other night. The relatives of British servicemen told some moving stories of how both partisans and ordinary Italian families had risked everything to assist them behind enemy lines during WW2. Incredibly brave people!
