Tomas isn’t a kitchen guy, but he can appreciate some good pastries, cookies, and for sure some good cake. Hopefully he wasn’t too much a hindrance! Tried to do a lil something with the pencil smudges on this one 🤔 coulda been worse!

14 hours with no lunch (classic) at the hospital. A resident I was working with ended the day by reading the first paragraph of a patient note I wrote and saying "You don't want to do pediatrics or IM, right? Because this is bad." Really upset me cx I work really hard and I wanna be good at this.
