I had a great time last night at Jon Richardson's comedy night for Sheffield Children's Hospital. Lots of excellent comedians including Russell Howard, Louise Young and Angela Barnes giving up their own time to make people laugh to help raise money for an excellent charity.

This weekend has been a lot of fun attending the Crossed Wires festival in Sheffield. 'No Such Thing As A Fish' and Frank Skinner's 'One Person Found This Helpful' were both amazing. We managed front row seats for the latter. Last night's 6 Music after party was also good. #CrossedWires #Sheffield

Last week at Sheffield DM I spoke about how online UK retailers lost an estimated £17.1 billion in 2019 due to poor accessibility. New Dutch research, has found that online retailers in the Netherlands are losing around €4.2 billion for the same reason. (1/4) #accessibility #a11y #ecommerce

Today is World Keratoconus Day. Keratoconus is an eye disease that affects the cornea and can lead to visual impairments. I will be sharing some personal insights into the condition at my upcoming talk at A11y North later this month. 🎟 www.meetup.com/a11y-north/e... #WorldKCDay #accessibility

Keratoconus is an eye disease in which the normally round dome-shaped cornea progressively thins causing a cone-like bulge to develop. This eventually impairs the ability of the eye to focus properly. It affects 0.05% to 0.2% of people.
