Am I the only one obsessed with the Mazda 5? This is the perfect car form. Three rows of seating. Sliding doors. Under 3,500 lbs curb weight. A mini minivan that somehow fits in the body of a harchback. If they brought it back as an EV, I would buy it on day 1.

Very misleading headline. Council voted to ban right on red, but becuase there's a cost to the bill (for education and some signage), that part of the code is NOT effective. Both the Mayor and Council could have chosen to fund it, but so far have not.
