Take the can to the sink, pour out the liquid… There’s nothing in the can I’m about to ask her “how old are these goddam beans!” As I position the can to see the date I notice it says “chicken broth” on the can 😑 Wasn’t even a goddam can of beans!! Aunt isn’t even showing up for dinner 😵‍💫😫🤪

Mom comes over to cook Sunday dinner, says “I brought beans to stretch the meal if your aunt comes” goes on&on about the beans. Asks where the can opener is, frustrated after one second, asks me to open the cans. I open the cans, thinking “are these beans even good? That’s a lot of liquid…”

At the end of the ep when you talk about other books on the shelf you mention DHP #51 and how it has Sin City in it and then referred to the story as “A Dame to Kill For” which would have been the second story arc. The first arc was just called Sin City and then later referred to as “Hard Goodbye”

I thought it just tickled you in the sense of implying that the pubic hair had not faded in color yet I think my first exposure to Totalimmortal was hearing The Offspring cover it. The album Sing The Sorrow, that Girl’s Not Grey is from is pretty dern good in my opinion
