Per World Weather Attribution, scientists found that the European heatwave is producing temperatures that would be "virtually impossible" in June 50 years ago. Even in 2003, when a heatwave in Europe killed ~70,000, these temps would be ten times less likely to occur.

The nice thing about the decomposition is that it tells you exactly how much each component is impacted. This example shows the effects of each forcing (temperature, circulation and sea ice) on each component for a high emission scenario.
