it is easier to watch from a distance a fictional society that shat itself to death than it is to watch it happening to us in real time ngl

ishgardians: family oriented, but a little set in their ways #ffxiv #art #haurchewol

ffxiv comic: haurchefant describes (what sounds like) the love of his life to his father before bringing them in. edmont is very happy and has high hopes... his son shall marry and give him grandchildren!

except it's an filthy baseborn hyur adventurer and it's a dude, dude.

does the church approve of this?

...and also because I fucking know people are gonna ask me if I'm going to pay to take an exam for a promotion they have made it clear I don't actually want and I don't wanna have to explain myself to them!!

Kir ⛎✨☀️🏹♊ | 🍃❄️🔥 | 🧸🐦‍🔥 @ancientkir.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

a number of years ago I said to my staff "if the catalog is just a little bit better by the time I retire that's good enough for me." and now I realize that's gonna be the only thing I ever accomplish here. but I cannot break myself into pieces over this place

I busted my ass for years to keep shit together under my dysfunctional boss and I am never gonna get recognition for it. but this should get me a buffer boss so at this point I'm settling for that

Kir ⛎✨☀️🏹♊ | 🍃❄️🔥 | 🧸🐦‍🔥 @ancientkir.bsky.social · 02/10/2026
