According to the @nytimes.com report the couple who was shot, were not taken into custody and were allowed to drive 2 miles back to their home after the shooting where they called 911. I feel safer now. www.nytimes.com/2026/01/09/u...

Plenty cities have Army chopper activity, but not actively circling for 30 mins, in active pursuit of someone the cops should be able to apprehend. It went unreported in the news because it went unnoticed. It was the test run. Came near directly over my house, turned around and went back to Salem.

It wasn't more than about two months later, last Spring, that I saw an Army Lakota from McNary Base circling Multnomah Village of all places, and I knew then that it had begun. Anyone who'd listen dismissed me, "army trains all the time."

Yes I also live here. It wouldn't be intimidating if they weren't literally falling out of the sky recently. Honestly, in addition to all the warnings we saw over the past ten years, I foresaw Trump using helicopters to terrorize us the day the DC crash happened last year.
