Go to SaveUSFS.org. We have copy and paste messages ready and direct links to contact each brand. It takes two minutes. As companies speak out we’ll update the list, but these six are the focus this week.

I was waiting for my fellow Gen Xers. Of course, we’re last on your list. Decades of being overlooked and it still stings.

Kiernan just heard his favorite pre-teen doesn’t have school today. He’s super excited to play with her all day. #DogSitterDay

A very happy piebald dachshund boy lounges in his car seat, enveloped in a plaid fleecy blanket. Also, he would like his morning duck foot or crunchy cod skin, thank you very much.

meme of jesus on a donkey walking into jerusalem with the text from ke$ha:
THE PARTY DONT START
TIL I WALK IN

it’s the twelve disciples (as saints already, smh) lined up in two rows of six and the meme text reads:
AND THE LORD SAID
THERE IS AN IMPOSTER AMONG US

an image of jesus praying in the garden, his hands in prayer are making fart noises, and the meme text reads:
JESUS: HEY DAD! LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!
GOD: NOT FOR LONG, SON

Rooting for the US men's soccer team is one of the weirdest and most humiliating experiences in sports fandom. Geopolitically you're a hated Goliath. Competitively you're David with no slingshot. The team's potential is not very high and somehow they still inevitably fail to live up to it.

The only thing that makes it bearable is the lack of humidity. I don’t really mind until it goes over 105. Sadly, Phoenix considers that May weather.

Kiernan and I shared this Italian ice version of a mangonada today after a morning spent watching the ducks at the park.

An unusual take on the mangonada. Large clear cup filled with mango Italian ice, vanilla soft serve, Tajín and chamoy. Every bit as delicious as it looks.

Kiernan has this and we use it both indoors and at the park. Would be perfect for the yard if we had grass. I searched for dog play enclosures and this was an inexpensive one. Not sire if holes are too large, though.

This is sooo hard to explain in the Southwest. Everyone thinks I’m nuts for even mentioning it. And the cheese is even tastier with the local version, apple green chile pie. Bonus points for piñon nuts in the pie.
